Tbilisi Court of Appeals has not satisfied Irakli Okruashvili’s and “Irakli Okruashvili-Georgian Party” Appeal and it left Tbilisi City Court judgment of 25 April, 2014 unchanged. Tbilisi Appeals Court judgment is final and is not subject to appeal.
